The City of Alton Development Corporation, or the 4A Corp, was set up to promote economic development within the State of Texas in order to promote business and industrial development within the City of Alton.

   The 4A membership includes five board members that manage the properties and affairs of the corporation which from left to right are: (top row) Guillermo Rocha, Calixto Hernandez, and Joe H. Treviño, (bottom row) Ricardo Garza and Arturo Galvan.
